B-MOBILE CAR RENTAL NAMIBIA

1. The minimum rental period is six (6) days. Your reservation will be confirmed and secured after receipt of a non-refundabel deposit of N$ 2500.00 per credit card - or bank transfer. All rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis with a 2 hour grace period on the day of return.

2. Any cross border rental must be arranged with B-Mobile Car Rental prior to departure.

3. The minimum age for drivers is 25. Valid driving licenses are: An international driving license, a European Community driving license, any national driving license in English, any non-English driving license with a certified translation in English.

4. Charges for delivering cars to, and collecting from, other locations than Windhoek are available on request.

5. Our rates include Maintenance, VAT, Unlimited mileage, Airport Transfers, Full Third Party Insurance, and a Comprehensive Insurance for the value of the vehicle minus the Excess amount. All vehicles are insured against theft on condition that the driver / renter returns the ignition key.

6. The Excess amount can be reduced (Reduced Excess) against payment of a daily fee.The excess amount must be secured by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Diners Club.

7. Not included in any insurance are: Damage to, or loss of, personal belongings, tyre damages, damages to the undercarriage of the vehicle except in case of a traffic accident, windscreen and glass damages, personal injuries or death, sandblast and water damages. B-Mobile Car Rental recommends its clients to insure themselves against medical expenses, personal injury, and loss of luggage.

8. All vehicles are hired subject to our standard Rental Agreement (RA).

9. All vehicles are backed up by a 24-hour breakdown and service assistance. In case of a mechanical breakdown B-Mobile Car Rental will assist you within 24 hours directly or through a local workshop. When a vehicle becomes immobilized due to a manufacturing fault, B-Mobile Car Rentall will recover and replace the vehicle with no cost for the client.

10. B-Mobile Car Rental reserves the right to replace any vehicle with a similar one.
